In practice, technology transformation is only possible if the human and operational factors are analyzed, understood and used to create a 'pull' model for the technology. We create tools for people not users for tools.

 

The key word is Risk Management – a complete program that ensures alignment with redesigned processes and overall corporate strategy where IT is used as an enabling technology in pursuit of defined bottomline advantages. Advantages such as the ones we secured for a Pharmaceutical company whose General Manager came to us with a significant gap between planned Sales potential and actual revenues.

 

Our analysis identified a lack of information system to record and determine the actual sales to end-consumers via the Distributors, which indirectly also affected the Sales-force monitoring process. We installed a cost-effective home grown CRM system to capture market information. We then armed the Sales team with intelligent tools to spot lost sales opportunities using the product-customer mix framework ©. We then restructured the sales operations to optimize efforts at customer saturation.

 

The impact? A quantifiable, results-driven IT transformation that produced a 31% increase in Sales and a 37% increase in Profits over the previous year.
